AD HOC COMMITTEE ON ‘BY-LAWS’ REVISION The BCOC Elders openly invites the men of the local congregation on March 21, 2010 in the BCOC Conference Room at three o’clock in the afternoon. [ Note: approximately 30% of the total BCOC membership comprise male adults excluding those of student status ]. The group’s major responsibility is to amend or revise parts of the 1975 By-laws of the BCOC, Inc. Given the present organizational set-up and traditional practices of the local church in line with scriptural principles, the final revision would be presented to the BCOC general assembly for an affirmative approval and later to be filed to the Securities Exchange Commission (SEC) sometime this year. The women brethren may voice out suggestions, comments and opinions in writing to be submitted to the BCOC leaders. Please get an old copy of the old By-laws in the church office.
